I sat with Mr.Alexander, it's amazing how many people don't know his "roots" his father was Jewish, his Mother was Polynesion, and had a small amt. of color in her. He said the only people who knew this were the one's he got close to. He really tried to fit in with the jazz greats, and did.! He said this made him angry sometimes. Too bad for his wife Emily, she was great. what a Tragedy.
