That's amazing. I'd love to get my school jazz band to play this. but I think the effort would kill most of them.

yeah definitely a great school big band (good bassist for having to play electric w/ the group). as for the solo, i would say time and rhythm are key. try improvising over those changes at slower tempos, then bring it up to speed (or faster) over a length of time so you feel more comfortable when you get there. it's not bad at all, but it sounds like you're stumbling here and there just because the tune is flying by so fast.anyway, not bad at all; keep it up!

wow man, this is great for a school big band! i can hear you are really trying to follow the changes as well. when you run out of ideas tho try not to just shred. it sounds cool to any punters but the players out there know that you are struggling. try to just take a break from the quavers and think up some new ideas. keep up the good work!

this is very good but . . . I think you had to be there. Picture is bad but sounds much better than any school group I've heard in the pastgood work
