yes thats what I do I put on some music and make up dance routines and sometimes just to make it harder I include weights.

is this workut meant for guys too? i did this today for the first time and two girls giggled by me when i did the stomach, hip pump exercise. it looks like mid air humping

im in love with her, ive been doing this workout for a while and i still have strong feeling towards this woman. hahaha.and to the comment under me, eat healthy and no more than a month to lose at least 10 pounds. many poeople workout but dont eat the right things. im not a perfect eater but i engage in thinking about whats in my food before i eat it or move on.

technically, this workout is for toneing the abs not really for loosing weight. If you want to lose weight, try eating healthy foods throughout the day and not starving yourself. Adding this routine to a workout (my definition of workout being 1 hour or so) will help alot more than this alone. as for the amount of times, it depends on your physiuqe. It could take 10 times or 100. best thing to do is to keep excersizing till you reach the body you want, and keep it in shape so you dont loose it!!
