Hey brother. Keep your head held high. I'm 21 years old (on my little sister's s/n), and I've been there too man. I've tried everything to cope with it, and eventually became addicted to Oxycontin and other opiate painkillers over the past 3-4 years... I don't recommend drugs as a way of coping, but find some way. Find anything that makes you proud to be alive, and believe me, you'll find it. Enjoy your life, you're still very young. Keep on keeping on. And best of luck.

led zeppelin may have been the ones that strated using the bow on the guitar but sigur ros definetly finished it!
