You gotta get the water good and boiling, then add the noodles. You only cook them for maybe a minute; as soon as it goes limp and they break apart take it off the stove. Drain most of the water then add the seasoning. If you overcook it it's basicly completely ruined.Beef flavor is awesome. That, and the new little Maruchan Teriyaki Yakisoba box things.
