Pierce does really rock. Great songs....great delivery.

Pierce is amazing. Too bad not enough people know about him. He's a charming performer, a great writer, and a raw and poetic singer...

For any who were interested... the tuning is in open-tuning C! That's C-G-C-G-C-E from base down to samllest! Its kind of funny cause I use it for playing Rockport Sunday by Tom Rush, and some others! To try to do exactly what Pettis does is sort of just playing with the notes, and one can do the same in whatever way one deems fit! Pierce plays this in F (capo on the 5th) but I'll probably drop it to G (4th fret) as I don't have an F harmonica but have a G! Enjoy

I can't get this guy or certainly this song out of my head! Can I get some help? All I need to know is what open-tuning is he in! Anyone know? I think it is in some E chord but somewhat different.
