He's an awesome guitarist, but not a legend. Not yet anyways, but he's on his way. Randy Rhoads is a legend to me because nobody could play guitar like he could. Not even Zakk Wylde could. EVH is a spectacular guitarist, but he is not quite up to legendary settings
