Her parents was from calabria they moved to egypt and she was born there. Dalida she did not die in Egypt she died in Paris. anyhow she was a great singer a wonderful beauty. Her look come from Calabria!!!!!

please inter wikipedia &read about dalida's life u'll find that she has the egyptian nationality ,she lived in egypt 21 years,she was miss egypt 1954the most important that dalida loved egypt & sang alot of songs for her if she was only egyptian born what force her to sing to egyptian & then dalida travelled around the world saying i'm egyptian please check up ur information
