Neil left the Buffalo around this time for a few months as he was not interested in the "politics" of the music biz which the Buffalo were just starting to crack. Dave Crosby (being mutual friends)filled in for Neil (who rejoined late that year). However the act of Crosby (among other things) of filling in really pissed off Jim (Roger) Mcguinn of the Byrds. (Crosbys then current band) and about 4 months later Crosby was kicked out of the Byrds, Neil again left the Buffalo and the rest is history

"Nobody is right if everyone is wrong."This was about a LAPD bashing of middle-class white kids having a party. For once they weren't bashing a minority. The LAPD today has as bad a reputation as they did in the sixties. Recently there was the umpteen case of LA cops lying to court.

It amazes me how many people in the 60s were on LSD. Peter Tork is bugging out in the beginning of this vid.
