an Egyptian communications company are rumored to be involved in the construction of this building again. they hve installed windows on the tops flow and a satellite mast on the top plus some interior design on the top levels. however i doubt this building is structually sound 2 continue building. I once read an interesting comment that North Korea are using this site as a cover up for a secret nuclear weapons programme-could be interesting!

They stopped working on this 16 years ago, by now with all those open windows and rain getting in I'm sure there's a lot of deterioration, corrosion etc
