As a Canadian, I'm very concerned with this issue, since all three countries are very distinct yet born out of the same time of the European expansion to the New World from the turmoil of the Old World. It is undemocratic in any of these countries to go ahead and merge into a union without the approval and sanction of the people therein since they will be so affected as a result of the said union. I believe this is yet another example of these governments circumventing our freedoms.

I informed as many people as possible the day Bush was elected about the raising of gas prices, pillaging of surplus gov. money, preferential contractor contracts, escalation of the unemployed, the rich getting richer, declining pay and benefits, increase in crime, good ole boy politics and the fact that his good-ole boys would screw the same people who elected him.
