OH GOD I HATE VEYRONS!!!!! The 787b is real speed material. Anybody with half a brain knows rotary is the like the best engine for racing!

Your right but the Mazda was run to be fuel efficient it was rev limted to 9,000 rpm making only 690ps. with the rev limter set at 11,000 rpm it makes a little over 900ps. The Merc's were definately faster but lacked the reliabilty of the Mazda. But as they say to win a race first you must finish the mercs didn't but they were definately the fast Grp C cars in 91. I would love to see the merc vs the 787B race in a sprint race

they are not different rims btw,they are covers for the wheels to help aerodynamics.like on the f1 cars now it helps to channel air better

I am well aware of this fact, but I ma sick of people cockriding the Veyron like its the be all end all of automobiles. and to be honest I don't really like the styling or the cumbersome powerplant it has. Seems like its compensating for something....

The Veyron is an amazing car, but it's no race car. Only way the veyron could go faster than the 787b would be around a VERY large oval. Might as well be saying a Ferrari F1 car can beat a Ford Fiesta; it's a no-brainer.
