to thoughtless. i think its really ignorant and dumb that you label yourself and others. no type of way you dress or look should have any reflection on who you are as a person. and if you grew apart because you and her had different images that is the most immature thing i think i have ever heard.

I so know what you mean! My friend used to be about the alternative/rocker music. She dressed in beanie hats, wore wristbands and glasses and had black nail polish- the whole "alternative/rock chick" image. 8th grade-sophomore year she changed full on. She talks to me less & less and now it's like we never had a past of half our frickin lives. I'm the dark dressed one with the black nails and accessories, while she's the pop/acoustic rock/indie girl. :/
