use WPA2, change the pass every weekWPA2 takes at least 1 week to be cracked.. and there's 1% that the cracked password is "correct" so, the answer it, use WPA2 and change pass every week, just incase

On *nix systems, you can get the same effect as UAC by running things as user instead of root. UAC fixes a flaw in Windows that *nix has never had. X-DAs for IDS and IPS... Have you tried Snort? It's been around since 1998.I don't see why Microsoft keeps getting away with pretending to invent things that it should have had a long time ago.

Not true, ratio wise, *nix based systems gets infected with viruses and worms as much as Windows systems, however since Windows dominate the market, it only seems like they cop the most viruses. Windows Vista is a fine example of security, its now got a built-in UAC, firewall with IDS and IPS, much better than anything a *nix based system can offer at the moment.
