Hey Shannon!!!!What an awesome job, not only on the videos but on that fabulous weight loss! You must be so proud of you!!!!!! I know i couldn't be prouder of how beautiful you are both inside and out! Nobody puts baby in a corner! Ha ha, you bet!!!!!! Self esteem should be pretty high right now!

good work! I wish you the best of luck. I know all about what you are saying about comfort foods, but it just tastes so damn good! Taste over rides comfort I suppose for me, but its awesome that you are able to do what you are doing.
