At the same time, Putin's conduct in office has been questioned by domestic dissenters, as well as foreign governments and human rights organizations, for his handling of internal conflicts in Chechnya and Dagestan, his record on internal human rights and freedoms, his relations with former Soviet Republics, and his relations with the so-called oligarchs:

austinlights:Maybe this is fascism too:Afghanistan's president has criticised US forces for "unilateral operations" in the west which, the government says, killed at least 90 civilians(50 of them were children). The Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission said initial findings were that 78 civilians had been killed in the US raid, including women and children.

dont listen to anti-russian western shit.Reality is very different comparing to what you write.Dont blame Russia for what US is responsible for. US is expansionist, not Russia.US wants to rule world, not Russia. And US´image is destroyed already. Very few believe US, unlike you do.

The sad olympic performance is just part of Russia's overall decline. While it is slowly slipping into Fascism, most of its people are living in substandard conditions with many elderly in the interior going hungry and without proper shelter and care. Putin's fascist policies echo the old expansionist mantra while stirring the young into a revival of the Soviet times. A lose-lose for everybody. And it will only get worse as Russia's image in the world continues to slide.

Hmmm, how many events does Russia have to medal in to make you happy? If you're locked in a Cold War mentality, you should know that the countries of ex-USSR together won more medals than the USA or China.Happy now?

It appears he has troubled himself to read up on the subject, whereas you need to reevaluate how much of a useful role a computer and internet connection play in developing your awareness of issues.

I haven't heard about this, but it's a fact that some of our athletes were doping so where does this high-handedness come from?
