This is seriously a joke, I have taken criminal law classes and interviewed officers as well as lawyers. Here's the deal, regardless of whether or not these cops are right or wrong. (the kid most likely was let go and the case was thrown out). He still had to go through the process, people witnessed him getting arrested.....the propoganda has been spread.

Against the law to record video? FUCK THIS COUNTRY. I hope someone nukes us because we need to be stopped at all cost. Lying about our freedoms sets people against reform. Notice its ok to swear at the cop verbally, but not written to the president? A bit of a double standard or just an excuse to take away freedom of speech with a "cop out". The cops were not concerned about the cursing or more people would be arrested. Good presidents that the people like end up assasinated, but when hated like bush they live. Maybe government is the only party able to do somthing like that. FUCK BUSH. P.S. I am sorry I voted for him (false pretence)

well arrest is a little steep but i think he should get a fine for using profanity on a sign. if it were on his shirt that's one thing but on a sign to traveling motorist that's just rude to see. of course the youtube gangsters won't agree because your punks. you wouldn't care if your own mother saw that on her way to diner or work.
