No it was not "stolen". In fact Neil Sedaka was credited as an author of this song on that Russian LP sleeve. I saw it with my own eyes :)

No it was not written by Neal Sedaka. He was the first performer. The real authors were Hank Hunter and Jack Keller

No, it was written (and performed) by Neal Sedaka in 1970. Eruption re-recorded and re-arranged it in the disco-style.

No it was not. The Russians stole their "Sinei Inei" from the American singer Neil Sedaka who was the original author of the "One Way Ticket". See his 1970 album "Oh Carol!".Eruption re-recorded Sedaka's song, not the Russians'.
