I have this pilot episode, originally Audri Dubois was slated to play Trini and not Thuy Trang but Audri Dubois ended up being kicked off for some reason and that is how Thuy Trang got the role.

How much do I love this?! Whoo! Push fight! And Bulk and Skull's personalities all reversed and... ugh! It is just too good! How bad is it when the production values on the original Japanese show are better than the new one?Alpha's little apron. like many pilot episodes, there's always a trial shoot. obivoulsy somethings changed before power rangers actually aired.

Really they did this because of the sterotypes. That's why it took so long to have a black person being the black ranger. Many of the cast also left because Saban didn't want to raise their 500 a week salaries.
