"And if I perish, I perish".We weren't quite THAT lucky, but Nelson kicked her ass in '06, and she's dead meat now as a politician. She'll never be anything more than a joke for standup comics or a Trivial Pursuit answer. Not as good as her perishing, but I can still enjoy it.

What are you talking about, they went to the Supreme Court which gave its ruling, one being 7-2, the other being 5-4. You can't go higher than that.

Well what do you expect they had been fighting for a month and if they had fought longer it probably would've went past January 20 when the President is suppose to be inaugurated.
