Bush has done NOTHING without congress.It's not Bush. Before he ever took office, the Iraq drum beat for war was sounding strong from my fellow democrats.These are the facts. Bush's sin is that he beat Gore, then Kerry. That's it.And now it's time to move on to the next phase. The Bush era is over. Our next war will be with Iran, and the very ones slamming Bush will be warhawks, because Obama will be in charge.Just Watch.

I disagree, the law is not what those in power say it is, and that's a dangerous idea. The law is supposed to apply to those in power, this is the purpose of upholding the constitution. The founders made it that way to keep power in check. The only reason Bushco has been successful in changing law is they have done so under the guise of 'Terrorism', and have used 'national security' concerns to do it secretly. This is what fascism looks like today.

Bush will not be tried nor should he be.Any president would have done likewise in spite of the bullshit you hear from my fellow democrats. Their attacks are just cheap shots with one purpose: gaining power.It is my hope that our next prsident will unite us.

But isn't it clear he should be tried in court based on his admins "crimes" against the constitution, and the lies that led to war? I guess the real problem is they are indeed above the law.No sniveling here my friend, although I would be upset if I were an American. Good luck in '08!

"criminal" is a legal term that applies ONLY after a conviction. People who believe our constitution uphold this.People who do not want selective enforcement against those who's true "crime" is winning an election, defending American interests, then getting re-elected.Bush will NEVER be impeached and NEVER convicted.
