doubleglock187 - once your thrown out you have to leave the game. The ump barely touched him and was losing control because of a beligerent player. The guy was already thrown out. The Ump had every right to leave.

It does not matter whether or not he pushed him hard or softly. You can not at all push a player if you are an umpire. If an ump in the majors did that he was be in deep shit, as would a player or coach touching an umpire. So, that argument doesn't have any validity, the ump fucked up plain and simple.
