I think their body language was them trying not to cry. They also weren't receiving the voice we were- they were getting some boring translator with no expression (thus the headphones). Towards the end though, they all applauded loudly. If one person walked out with a new idea on how to help, then flying 5000 miles was worth it.

Good speech. Too bad the leaders don't care about other people's children. War is much more profitable than peace, and if you don't want to see dying children, you just turn off the tv. They have found good ways to profit from greenwashing, though. Buy our products, save the earth.

This amazing girl's speech brought me to tears. I know the world is heading towards self-destruction. She's totally right, and every single business people, politician, reporter, and man, in the world should keep her words in his mind while deciding on someone else's future.
