This already exists, it produces 10MW. It's pretty big for its low power output. And smaller ones much less. It does not last forever you must keep it's rpms regularly. Still worth the over unity. Considering hydrogen requires a reaction and this doesn't. Hydrogen is the next best thing, but I don't trust it.

whether it works or not.... many scientist get proven wrong all the time... and theories are theories... we no longer live on a flat earth remember... besides... where would we be if inventors like Edison and Teslas had just given up .... because someone else said it wouldn't work... mmm, overcoming friction isn't difficult, but that doesn't make a perpetual motion machine possible. All you have to do to overcome friction is create a vacuum and support whatever object you want to remove friction from with magnets(see maglev trains). In theory it could go on forever... but that doesn't mean it's producing energy, it's just not losing energy.

None of you Einsteins have even mentioned friction. If if weren't for friction, anything could be perpetual. A perpetual machine would have to put out more than it takes in, plus the extra to overcome friction..So far, I have yet to see that done, otherwise we would be doing it.

topalien10 dumb? maybe you are. But I'm guessing you are just ignorant. A generator has permanet magnets. It will produce voltage just by spinning it. An Alternator (as used in vehicles) has no magnets. It must have some voltage put to it for it to start producing voltage (Electro Magnets). The vehicles voltage regulator controls the input voltage to the alternator so it only puts out the needed amps. This saves energy over a standard generator that would put a constant load on the engine.

That's a different kind of generator. The bicycle generators use a permanent magnet and a coil of wire. When the magnetic field from the magnets pass through the coil of wire, it produces current. In an alternator, there are two coils of wire, neither of which has any (measurable) magnetic field, until you apply current and spin the rotor, which causes it to produce power, further powering the previously energized coil.So, no I'm not that dumb.

Hmm. If this really works (I doubt it), then a few more magnets and a vacuum would, for all practical uses, become a perpetual motion machine. It is not over unity, though, because it does run out. It just takes a while.
