Thanks mate. Yeah, trust me I was really backing off of it. You cant really tell from the video but in many spots it simply drops off about 40 feet down only 12 inches from the edge of the road. No guard rails. No nothing.

Awesome video man! Careful on those heavily wooded roads, going off there is the worst place to do so, not like here in texas where there aint notin but open area to skid off in.

Believe it was chip-only. May have had K04 turbos but detuned for lack of fuel upgrade yet. Forget which one. There're actually about evenly matched until the B5 cars go with the fuel upgrade with the K04s and then they pull away.

Thought the brakes had caught fire up front. It's not uncommon to see little fires at the caliper from burning brake dust under hard braking but it immediately goes out. In this case I could hear it sizzling and feel it through the pedal while sitting there.

Hey, one more thing, just curious what is the music in the video and also, after you did those laps on the track, what was it outside of the car that you said you could hear and went to check out?

look at a local group at your local road course such as a BMW CCA or an AUDI club event. They are great to beginners. I also favor Chin Motorsports for their top time on the track and great instruction.

What do you have to do to be able to run on a real racecourse? I autocross now, but I would LOVE to heat my tires on Mid-Ohio... I'm soo jealous... |
