it depends if you got your cartilage pierced with a gun or a needle. needles hurt less. and the labret piercing hurts even less than that. you shouldn't be worried about it. as long as you go to someone who knows what they are doing, you should be fine :Dx

umm no,because you have veins that you could pop and well yeah when it comes to a labret and a tongue piercing its better if you get it with a pro because they know where to actually pass the needle trough so they won't pop any veins :D
