But you do realize that there are so called splinter capsulses to prevent that?It may unfortunately be true, that there most likely will never be military mechs in the form we imagine them (walking upright and stuff). Still there could be avoid mechs like the one the Fin's build for harvesting trees. Or for example the Tachikomas from GITS.
