Actually, it's mostly the microphone quality. The internal mic in a camcorder is not the best fidelity sound.

This is one of my fav MacDowell pieces. Just about every tune in this suite is awesome, I've played a couple of them but haven't learned this one yet. Great job on this one, yea it's tough to hear the dynamics but people need to realize that could be the camera position and mic quality. Thanks for playing MacDowell, post some more from this suite!!

Nice job! What a demanding piece! I love MacDowell's music. It's seldom played. He's got a lot more great stuff. Hope to hear and see more videos from you of it! Keep up the good work! Long live MacDowell!! lol

Thank you for the kind comment. I think, somewhere in the back of my mind, that I had heard of the Piano Society. It's an interesting way of getting your work some public air time. My son may be a bit young for that. He has so much to learn, and there are so many fine young pianists out there.

I enjoyed the performance. Talented indeed. You should put his name out. Have you ever heard of Piano Society? I am sure that they would welcome a recording like this. Thank you for sharing.

Wonderful piece, flawless playing. If only I had the extra time & if I wasn't so rusty, I would have absolutely loved to learn this piece.
