I've got a feeling that maniacgaz has probably only heard one Leonard Cohen song. If you're stereotyping him on his version of Hallelujah then perhaps you should have a listen to Famous Blue Raincoat or Who By Fire. Then tell me they're produced in a shit way.

I have to ask which did you hear first? The original or the cover? I have talked to a lot of people who her the covers first and then find out it was cover and they say the cover is best. This is not to dis you, I was just wondering.

Leonard Cohen seems to write the best songs, but produces them in the shittest way. Covers of his songs are soo much better, i.e Hallelujah-Jeff Buckley, even Rufus Wainwright's version is better.
