The judge may or may have not been problematic, and true or not this does not excuse Polanski's behavior and lack of accountability. And he can excuse his behavior because he has been recognized by France? This was not consensual ...drugs and alcohol were involved ...let's get real or let's not play.

he was ordered in for a 90 day psych eval...i dont care where it occured...he was in for a total of 45 days...do you think he should have gotten no further jail time for raping a child??
