She smiles while singing and at the end and gave a very good and calm performance. I don't think it matters in what language the title is and vita and vida are not that different ;) :p

Yes, I know what it means. I wasn't 100% sure if it was correct Italian, and you just proved my point. She is singing the sentence in Italian, but the song is supposed to be a Spanish-like song.Get that!

"La Dolce Vita" is italian (trust me, I'm italian :D) and it literally means "The sweet life", in sense of a nice and relaxed life.
