SauceMystery you should be able to find what you want if you search Google with, "Global Temperature and Atmospheric CO2 over Geologic Time"-

"This is my field of life-long expertise. And I am telling you Global Warming is a non-event, a manufactured crisis and a total scam. I say this knowing you probably won't believe a me, a mere TV weatherman, challenging a Nobel Prize, Academy Award and Emmy Award winning former Vice President of United States. So be it."--John Coleman--Founder, The Weather Channel

Kucinich is awesome. Too bad he's not as "electable" as Hillary or Barack.

Nobody debates the cyclical change of climate from natural causes. This change is WAY faster than other times in the records. The speed doesn't give species a chance to adapt or evolve with the change, especially creatures that cannot move very far from their habitat, plants, animals and fungi. We rely on these other biotic factors for our survival. We are in a mass extinction(one of six that we know of) and we are causing it, not even accounting for climate change. That is added on.

Your list of comeback species are doing so because of human intervention and conservation practices, not nature. Any population biologist you meet says the earth can only sustain 9-10 billion people, not because of space but water and food. Carrying capacity will be reached soon, even with great strides in ag efficiency, hybrid plants, etc. Then you throw in climate change! We are in for some bad times.

I don't believe the left really cares about the weather. If the left cares so much about the earth then why have they chosen to politicize it? By doing that you have guaranteed that half the people on this planet will not pay any attention. By putting Al Gore in the forefront this is what has happened. It seems selfish. They have brought politics to the weather! It leads me to an easy conclusion. More government control for the common good. |
