This is perhaps the quickest and easiest way to deal with a heckler...well...not really. When they just keep bombing and no ones laughing at them, then it falls back on you and the only thing you can do is exactly what Joe did.Good Job Joe. This is, of course, harder to do when the audience is bigger. Then you have to rely heavily on comebacks, wits and (if all a=else fails) Your Mom jokes.

I've seen comedians deal with hecklers, but letting them grab a mike and destroy their own dignity is by far the greatest. Good job!

hecklers have no life, they dont have anything better to do than ruin other peoples shows. if another comedian is funnier than another, what does it matter? its not gonna influence their lives. hecklers should just die...
