Its much cheeper in europe, you can get stock 4wd for about 4000-4500. But moust of it are for some 5000$ and more, especaly in germany. I was wery engry when i bot 2.0 gti 91.celica in our country Slovenia, and two weeks later there was a guy selling his 4wd celica, with new turbo, full general service on the motor and papers from gti,for shocking small price(I hardly belived) about 3200-3500$!!!I was depresed and if you think that i give for my gti 2700$. Well than you can amagen my feelings

I bought mine bone stock for about 10,000 a year ago from a used car dealer. You might be able to find some samples for about 6-7,000 USD in Fair Shape. I would say anything above 5K is a good bet....hope this helps...

what is the price in america for gti or 4wd celica 90-93model?

it is possible but alot harder 2 swap thn a celica w/ a 5s. heres how the codes work for celicas. 5 stands for 5th gen, S tands for s type motor which is talking about the mounts. so the A is an a type motor which has different mounts. u would need 2 get S mounts swapped into ur whip. i would definatly buy a gt4 front clip from japan tho if u wanna do the alltrac swap.

incorrect, there is no such thing as an AT165, the S in the name indicates that it has an engine with an S seires block..the T indicates its a T series chassis. the rest denote the type and variation of the engine and chassis. having owned 6x st162 2x st165 2x st184 and a st185 i can tell u that the chassis for the gtfours (alltracks) are NOTHING like the front wheel drive counterparts. the similaritys end at the firewall.

you should be able to without much trouble. the AT165 was the first Alltrac / GT4 model of the celicas to my understanding. ST160-165 all have the same chassis, ST180-185 all have the same chassis ST200-205 all have the same chassis. the AT160 is just the jap version of the ST161 i think. |
