I think what Kagame had done for Rwanda is undeniable.He is in Djibouti one of the most respected African leaders.Progress is too obvious to deny it. An economic growth, one of Africa's safest country, the country where the women are most represented in the world, one of the least corrupt administartions ect...Good luck on your way to 2020!Il est temps que le spectre du genocide soit laisser derriere. I'm not a Rwandan, but Rwanda is a country I admire and respect deeply. The Rwandans prooved, under the regime of Kagame (I insist) that a nation that witnessed HORROR itself can be reborn, and be a place of progress.I'm from Djibouti, and I was a kid when I was watching in front of my TV the Horrors of the genocide, but today, 14 years later, I'm more than glad to see the Rwandan Rennaissance.
