yea i know i totaly agree about the damage kicks can do and its better then having no experience, what i dont like are the WTF rules the way they fight is what makes everybody think taekwondo is shit, you cant really fight dancing around on your legs with your arms down by your side, ITF is the way ;) i dont care if you dont agree im not goin to keep arguing but i have trained in both and this is my opinion

taekwondo is Not Effective & Not Useful in the real street fight.Boxing, Karate and Kickboxing are proven to be an effective martial arts in sports and in real life senario.
