It's made by using the program "Phun" and if you start using it you may realize how it's doing what it's doing. But don't take my word for it; I haven't used it yet lol

I'm not too sure, but if you look really closely, you can see tiny circles in the barrel that are most likely spinning and projecting the bullet out of the barrel.
