Actually, type ONE diabetes is not very well known about. Most of the stories on the news, newspaper articles and media coverage is on type two diabetes. Of all of the people with either type of diabetes, type ones only make up about 10%. I have type one and you wouldn't believe how many people think it can be reversed through diet and exercise. Type one can NEVER be reversed. There are so many misconceptions about the disease...I'm glad he was able to raise awareness about it.

i have typ 1 diabetes and i have a mini med and just got an omny pod !!!!!!! its so cool i wus in the hospitl for 4 weeks!

well, not a minor problem...it's definately an issue that affects someone's life but you shouldn't treat someone differently just because they have diabetes or something like that. you should treat them like you would treat anyone else...

Diabetes is not a minor problem! I could list 100's of reasons why, but you have a computer...google it!

same here!! it always makes me cry to watch videos like thisand when he said that he asked if he waz gonna diei almost didlol!!hes touched myheart so much and with him knowing that he can overcome his diabetes and do wat he does everyday, it showed me that i can overcome anything in my lifeso he is a big role model to me and he always will b♥♥iloveyousofreakingmuchnickjonas!!♥♥
