What awesome creatures! I would love to see them up close. I fear they will not survive though..numbers are just too low for come back. Heartbreaking that humans have almost destroyed these gorgeous animals.

You can check out the Dian Fossey Foundation website. I'm sure they would have some sugestions. There are various levels on membership. I've adopted a mother and baby.

yh, i feel so helpless. gorilla's are one of the most endangered animals and theres nothing i can do to help

I love gorillas, also. I'm in an impotent rage over their killings. Is there ANYTHING a middle class person can do so save some lives?
