In english it's just called diving. They're just playing on how he used to dive a lot, so when he falls to the ground they supposedly think he's just doing it again.

¿Lopetegui desplomed at TV?... ¡OH, NO!.
Akuosa (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
By the way, this is a comercial, but the first part of the video is real, Lopetegui did faint at a tv show one day... they have just added the second part as a joke to make it a commercial. It's funny... in an evil way... have you understand anything at all? ^^;
Akuosa (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Then you say they have just jumped into the pool, or something like that. I know, it sounds stupid, but most of the sayings do if you explain them... :PIn this case, Lopetegui, the man who faints, was actually a soccer player some years ago. So the men at the end are just making a joke about how he was "doing it again", jumping into the pool, because he always used to do that...... even though he was a goalkepper, so he really shouldn't have to, says the other guy, lol.

Ugh, I'll try to explain that, even though my english is dreadful and more so if I have to use soccer terms... That's a really, really poor translation of a quite usual saying we DO have regarding soccer. It could be more acurately translated as... jumping in to a pool, dive into a pool or something like that. It's used when a soccer player falls and you don't belive it's other player's fault, as if they were faking it or just exagerating or overacting to fool the referee.
