Because the electrics were shot, there were was no drive, and also, a hose had burst under ground, so we could not start the engine because it would have knackerd the pumps. We had to manualy lift the brake presure with an external hydrolic pump conected to the brake system to get them to release.

why didn't they start it up and put it in reverse while all that pulling was going on?

hey well done for gettin it out.a couple of health an safety issues though.one guy not wearing hard hat and another wi no high vis vest on,tut tut. well at least the grease gun was still there!!!!!! how the hell did it get in there?
