No.If you get a pair given to you for free (as was the case for me), by all mean put them on and see how they feel to move in. However if you're considering buying a pair, please send the money to me and I will go out and buy you five or six better pairs and a pair for myself. Seriously, they'd be a waste of money. They're ok but nothing special.Any trainer that feels comfortable for you to run and jump in, they're pretty much ok.
