Free Jazz is the name of the festival. Before it was made ilegal for cigarette brands to organize such events. Free is a cigarette brand in Brazil. Nowadays the festival is called Chivas Jazz.... go figure...

Amazaing, Suzano, as always!Why´s the song called "free jazz"? I don´t think it´s free at all. Very stable ostinato riffs and clear melodies. Or is it the title of the piece they play?
