I don't think the entity/entities/God etc/whatever wanted us to know what the hell is going on about anything. We've been thrown into this wild, washing machine ride known as life without direction. Maybe its a punishment for something we did prior, maybe its a reward for something else... maybe we even asked for it and we are God. Who knows (no one in this life).
