RE: the comment that Breakfast at Tiffany's is 1960s. That is correct (1961), however, Audrey Hepburn had this makeup style back in the 1950s as well, e.g. Sabrina (1953) and Funny Face (1957), and just carried it on through the 1960s and beyond.
