Bliss IS powerful. Just remember power is not always a bad thing, depends on what you do with it. Power within the self is awesome!! Yoga changed my life for the better. Being spiritual is the only thing that brings you closest to God or the Universe, whatever you want to call the higher beings. This video is lovely.

The divine Mother is only a human personificartion of what Shakti is. Shakti is beyond forms of both mother and father. Shakti is the power(s) that manifest the Universe in every form and every duality. Shakti is life as being many instead of one, as desired by undivided conciousness before the Universe came into being. Shaktiananda also is not the correct way to even say it in Sanskrit, I am just giving you FYI.

The meaning of Maha-Shaktiananda.Shakti means the Divine Mother (Female principle of God) Shiva means the Divine Father (Male principle of God). Shaktiananda means Bliss in the Divine Mother; Maha means Great. ~Swami Sri Maha-Shaktiananda
