I GET IT. That stuff will most likely not kill you. 'Cept maybe a rubber bullet or those plastic/wooden dildo type things if shot at the right place. The issue that angers me is that police are using these weapons, and they are weapons, against people who are exercising their freedoms. It does nothing but escalate these situations to violence and inflate resentment amongst people and police.
