paul's 'bang bang maxwell's silver hammer' was prophetic.'bang bang' refers to the firing of a gun.'maxwell' ('max'), is a cryptic reference to mark chapman. mccartney identified him using a name with the same 2 first letters ('m' & 'a'), and whose 3rd letter ('x') is the universal 'Mark' (as in, Mark chapman) made by people who cannot write (as mccartney could not write chapman's full name).and the charter arms .38 special 'revolver' (a title suggested by paul) was indeed silver.
