Music is the best way to express your feelings, The best performace I have seen ever, when she sing "winner takes it all" it was just perfect, she express everithing, you can fell all the emotion. OMG great, great actres !!!!!

i was crying while watching meryll sung her own version of "WINNER TAKES IT ALL". i bought the soundrack of the movie & keep on listening to the same song over & over again..i love you meryll! i'm your number 1 fan in the philippines!

Luckily I know all her moovies. So, I do know that she has very serious and good films. Its good that she can do a moovie or be engaged in a moovie just because it is fun. This is a bit too "american" for me, but its just my taste and my opinion. I dont want to argue about it, really. My taste is totally different. I think besides Meryl of course it was a very very boring moovie. If she was not in it and I go to watch it by chance, I think I would have been very angry with myself. Myself! :)

To be fair, Meryl wouldn't have done the movie if she didn't want to. And she clearly LOVED making this movie and the movie itself. It was pure joy for her, seen as she usually does such serious movies. So surely your anger should be directed at Meryl for choosing to do it, rather than the film makers? Cos like you said, you wouldn't have seen it if she wasn't in it.Plus, she IS doing movies worth her talent. Doubt, Julie & Julia...all creating Oscar buzz already and they're not even released.

I loved the movie. It was so entertaining, joy giving and abbas music the way particularly meryl did it was great.
