My dear sweet mother was raised by the good sisters at St. Josephine Bernadette Convent in Dublin. She used to tell of Dublin during these times, walking pass the Rotunda, the Column, the Met. Thank you and God bless you.

Makes this old Scots Canadian man wish he had seen Dublin town,Ronnie's voice imparts his love for it to the listener, his eyes convey the pain of Ireland and Barney drunk is a better banjo player than most men sober,it doesn't get much better !!! Alba Go Bragh agus Erin Go Bbragh !!!

I didn't know much about Ireland since my latest decision: to move to Dublin. I've learned wonderful things about this land, but the music is just something apart from all of it. This man, Ronnie Drew, has proven to have been one of the best singers I've ever seen around. I hope you're well, wherever you might be (afterlife, heaven....). RIP!!
